PBA&B GmbH manage commercial properties across Berlin. Their previous site looked like every other "Handwerker" site — bright accents, busy stock photography, cluttered service grids. The brief: a site that reads like an architecture studio, not a craftsmen catalogue.

No carousel widgets. No stock photography. Just real buildings, italic serif on the headline emphasis, and copy that respects the reader's time.
01 · Approach
Photography sells trust faster than copy.
In the facility-management category, decision-makers want to see the buildings, the work, the equipment. Stock photography signals "we couldn't be bothered." Real photography signals "we have a portfolio." So the site is built around imagery.
Typography stays restrained — sans for body, italic serif only on the headline emphasis. Reading flow goes vertical, no sidebars, no carousel widgets.
